We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Social Media Customer Service Representative to join our e-commerce team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service on social media platforms and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for following up with customers regarding their orders, tracking delivery with shipping companies, handling after-sales service, processing refunds and replacements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner on social media platforms
- Follow up with customers regarding the status of their orders and delivery
- Work closely with shipping companies to track the delivery of products and resolve any issues
- Handle after-sales service, including processing refunds, replacements, and returns
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Escalate customer complaints and issues to the appropriate team as needed
Requirements: - Proven experience in providing customer service on social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with e-commerce, digital retail, and product landing pages
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
