AdxLeadx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish. This role requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce and retail industries, as well as a proven track record of success in selling to the Gulf markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for pursuing them
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting on sales progress and performance
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the e-commerce and retail industries
  • Proven track record of success in selling to the Gulf markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
